I'm here to teach you about nutrition without the side of body shame.

Most of What You’ve Heard About Nutrition Is Misguided
Here's the thing:
Most of us were taught to fear food and fight our bodies. From doctors prescribing weight loss as a cure-all to programs selling quick fixes, the message is almost always the same—shrink yourself at any cost.
I don’t believe in that.
Healing happens when we step away from diet culture, dig into what’s really going on in our relationship with food, and learn to nourish our bodies with curiosity, compassion, and zero shame.

Why I Do This Work
I know what it’s like to grow up surrounded by diet culture—be smaller, eat less, do better.
Like many of my clients, I learned early on that food was something to control, not something to enjoy. That kind of pressure sticks with you, and it can make health feel confusing or even shameful.
My own experience taught me how powerful compassion can be—and that’s why I do this work: to offer the kind of support I wish everyone had.

My Approach
I believe health isn’t about shrinking your body—it’s about finding peace with food and building habits that care for your whole self.
My approach is grounded in Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating, emphasizing balance, joyful movement, and respect for all bodies.
I don’t hand out rigid meal plans or quick fixes. Instead, we’ll work together to discover what sustainable, life-giving health looks like for you—free from diet culture and body shame.

Why You Can Trust Me
I’ve spent the last decade helping people untangle their relationship with food and find balance that actually lasts.
As a Licensed Dietitian in Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico and Oregon, I combine clinical training with real-life understanding—because trust grows from both knowledge and connection.

What I Believe For You
At the core of my work is a simple belief: you deserve freedom from food shame and the chance to feel at home in your body.
My approach may sound different from the nutrition advice you’ve heard before—and that’s okay. My role is to guide and support you as you build confidence, compassion, and peace with food. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to help you find it.
